Oligonucleotide Quantification and Metabolite Profiling

NovaBioAssays uses advanced liquid chromatographic assays to quantify oligonucleotide therapeutics in biological matrices. These methods are sensitive, specific and able to quantify multiple analytes in one assay. Most of the assays can also conduct metabolite identification and/or quantification simultaneously.
